| Just recently I updated my UnleashX using the automatic update and now I can't transfer the new 0.7.3 to my Xbox using a CD-R. I currently have version 0.7.1 on my Xbox. I have done updates before. I just don't know what’s going on. Please help. |

| What exactly is FTP? Is it a better way of transfering the data than using a cd? |

Like 2000 times better its just directly hooking your xbox to your computer with a cable and doing it that way over the network instead of burning discs
you need to go to xbox-scene.com and read the tutorials there instead of asking here about it |

| I think that I would rather just use a cd to transfer the data because that is easier for me. For some reason when I put the disc in my Xbox it won’t read it (it says the disc is blank) or it freezes up. I double checked the cd and all of the files are there. I never had this problem before. I need help. |

Different brand of CD's ??
The xbox really tends to have problems reading CD-R's maybe try and put it onto a CD/RW disc instead |

| I wish that DVD2Xbox had a live update function like UnleashX has. All you have to do is click on the “Check Update” icon and then it automatically updates UnleashX via the internet. I would be very happy indeed. :wink: |

| Seriously if both your xbox and your pc are connected to the internet through the same connection at home then you can just ftp in and upgrade it no further connection modifications needed |

I am going to go out and buy a CD-RW and try that. Then if that doesn't work I am going to have to learn how to FTP stuff. Thank's for the info Jezz_X. :)

| Good for you Loganwxxx and beleive me ftp is easy its just like using a filemanager once you learn it you'll wonder why you ever did it any other way |

I just did a FTP today and it was super easy. I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer but this was easy even for me. Having all my stuff hooked up to a router made it super easy for me. Now I have version 0.7.3 on my Xbox! :D
